Chris Bumstead define la "Champion Mentality" como:
“Champion Mentality is not about the trophy, it’s about having no quit. It’s about doing everything possible within your power to achieve your goals,” Bumstead revealed. He also pointed out that whether one wins or loses, they should always keep their heads high because they know they have put in all the effort they could put in.
"Una mentalidad de campeón no se trata del trofeo, se trata de no rendirse. Se trata de hacer todo lo posible dentro de tus capacidades para alcanzar tus objetivos", reveló Bumstead. También señaló que, ya sea que uno gane o pierda, siempre debe mantener la cabeza en alto porque sabe que ha puesto todo el esfuerzo que pudo.
